Pineapple Pool Party? Um, YES!

How lucky am I to have three of my favorite boys all born in the same month? Obviously, the month of April has PARTY written all over it in my house. Last month we celebrated Chase’s 35th, Wyatt’s 1st and Rykers 8th birthday with one big pool party.

The theme was pink flamingos and pineapples- perfect for a day spent out in the sun.  I found almost all of this cute flamingo and pineapple décor at the Dollar Tree! I was able to line the pool with pink tiki torches and flamingos at only a buck per piece! My friend Leanne totally brought the theme to life with her pineapple cakes.  Seriously guys, look at how cute these things are!

Because there is no such thing as a great party without great food, I brought in a taco cart by Rosarito Fresh. I’ve been going to this restaurant in Santa Clarita since I was a kid. They are one of my all time favorites and I couldn’t imagine doing another pool party without them!

The kids had such a blast swimming in our new pool. I mean, you can’t go wrong when you’ve got your best buds, delicious food and Big Mouth Inc pool floaties!

The adults had even more fun, thanks to my friend Michelle and her signature cocktail appropriately named, “must be 35 and over or you’re staying sober!” This boozy pineapple and strawberry punch had us smiling all day long, and was super easy to make!

Add equal parts of Tito’s Vodka, 7UP, and pineapple juice to a pitcher, and use frozen fruit to keep it cold! We used a bag of frozen Dole Mixed Fruit that had peaches, mangos, pineapples and strawberries. YUM!
